I am Andrew Wilcox, and I run Sheetsure. I use AI tools to do much of the groundwork quickly, which keeps prices fixed and turnaround short. I personally review and approve everything before it reaches you.

Questions people ask
Who actually does the work?
I use AI tools for much of the groundwork, such as cleaning data, drafting documents and building formulas. I check, correct and approve every deliverable myself before it is sent to you.
Do I need a call first?
No. Most jobs can be scoped from the intake form and your files. If a quick call would help, I am happy to arrange one.
When does the 48 or 72 hours start?
Once the brief is agreed, payment has been received and I have all the files I need. It is counted in working days, Monday to Friday.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Each service includes up to one round of revisions, requested within 7 days of delivery. If I cannot deliver what was agreed, you get a full refund.
What counts as a revision?
Changes within the original brief, sent together in one message. New requirements, such as more tabs, rows or documents, can be quoted separately.
How do you handle my data?
Your files are kept confidential, used only for your job and deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask otherwise. Where your files contain personal data, I act as your processor under UK GDPR. Please send only what the job needs.
Can I see an example?
Yes. I have sample deliverables built with fictional, clearly labelled example data: a before-and-after spreadsheet, a competitor snapshot and a process pack. Email me and I will send them over.
Do you give legal, tax or HR advice?
No. Anything touching those areas is marked as a draft for review by a qualified person.
How do I pay?
Upfront by card through a secure Stripe payment link from the service button. Small Automation starts with a free fixed quote. Once agreed, you pay a £299 deposit by card, and any balance is invoiced on delivery. A receipt is issued in the name of Andrew Wilcox trading as Sheetsure.
